Minerva perfection in still form

Minerva perfection in still form…

This Minerva No. 1 fluorite is one of those pieces that completely transforms once the light passes through it. Deep saturated violet edges frame a glowing golden center with unreal geometric internal zoning that almost looks digitally rendered. Pure Illinois eye candy.

The transparency on this one is exceptional after cleaning — every cubic growth pattern, phantom-like layer, and internal texture now shows itself with insane clarity. The contrast between the rich “blurple” fluorite edges and the warm honey-gold core gives the piece that unmistakable Cave-In-Rock character collectors obsess over.

Even sitting still, this fluorite has incredible presence. Sharp structure, dramatic color separation, and that stained-glass glow that makes legendary Illinois material so iconic.

A true Minerva heater.
