Processing and packing

Orders ship from Los Angeles, California, within 1-3 business days. Every specimen is packed by hand with museum-level care, and every shipment is insured for its full value.

Rates and carriers

We ship via USPS or UPS. You choose the service at checkout and see the exact rate, calculated from live carrier pricing.

International orders

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping price. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the specimen and all of the original packaging, per our refund policy. We will file the insurance claim and work with you on a resolution.
