All sales are final

Every specimen at 22sGEMS is a one-of-a-kind natural mineral, photographed and filmed individually. The exact piece shown is the exact piece you receive. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.

Damaged in transit

Every shipment is packed by hand and fully insured. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by replying to your order confirmation email or by messaging @22sgems on Instagram. Include photos of the specimen and all of the original packaging, and keep the packaging until the claim is resolved. We will file the insurance claim and work with you on a resolution.
