Products

Every specimen we sell is a one-of-a-kind natural mineral. The photos and video on each product page show the exact piece you will receive. We describe species, locality, dimensions, and condition to the best of our knowledge and in good faith. Natural minerals may show minor variations in color depending on lighting and screen settings.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers.

All sales final

As stated in our Refund policy, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Shipments are insured, and damage in transit is handled per our Refund policy.

Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier; every shipment is insured for its full value.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from this site.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photos, video, and text, belongs to 22sGEMS and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 22sGEMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
