Just picked up a new small parcel of Apatites from Lake Baikal, Russia — and these little beauties are AMAZING.
In normal light, they show that killer saturated electric blue Lake Baikal is famous for… but throw a polarized lens over them and WATCH WHAT HAPPENS.

The color shift is absolutely wild. Rotate the lens and these crystals completely transform in front of your eyes — showing off the incredible optical character hiding inside.
