There’s just something about old-school Medina Aquamarine that hits differently… and this one is an absolute beauty.

An incredible 110.60 gram etched Aquamarine from Medina, Minas Gerais, Brazil, recovered in 1998.

Filmed outside in the natural sunlight, this crystal absolutely comes alive. That icy blue-green color, beautiful transparency and wild natural etching give it an almost liquid, sculptural appearance. Turn it one way and it flashes electric blue… another angle brings out those gorgeous green and golden tones.

What I love most is the character. This isn’t just a clean crystal — it’s a piece that nature completely sculpted. Every etched surface, texture and window tells part of its story.

Older Medina material with this kind of size, color, clarity and natural architecture is exactly what keeps me hunting. When special pieces surface, you have to appreciate them.
