FROG EGGS… QUEBEC STYLE.

One of those mineral nicknames that fits the specimen perfectly.

These rare “Frog Egg” Grossular Garnets come from the legendary Jeffrey Mine in Val-des-Sources (formerly Asbestos), Quebec, Canada. The translucent, juicy green crystals clustered together have that unmistakable frog-egg appearance—and those tiny reddish inclusions add even more character.

With the Jeffrey Mine now closed, specimens from this historic locality have become increasingly treasured by collectors. Small piece, BIG personality… and a killer example of nature creating something you just can’t duplicate.
