An absolutely beautiful cluster from the legendary Merelani Hills of Tanzania — glowing with that almost unreal electric lime-green color.

The crystal coverage is fantastic, with sharp, lustrous Diopside crystals stacked together into a killer composition. Under the light, this thing absolutely POPS — neon greens shifting from bright lemon-lime to richer grassy tones depending on the angle.

And of course, the locality makes it even better. The Merelani Hills are world famous for Tanzanite, but they’ve also produced some seriously beautiful associated minerals, and this Diopside is a perfect example.
