This one is just ridiculous.

An incredible Rhodonite from the Morro da Mina Mine, Conselheiro Lafaiete, Minas Gerais, Brazil, absolutely glowing with that electric, deeply saturated cherry-red color.

The main crystal has serious presence—bold, lustrous, translucent and perched beautifully on matrix with smaller Rhodonite crystals surrounding it. Hit it with some backlighting and this thing practically lights up from the inside.

This is exactly the kind of Brazilian Rhodonite I love: intense color, killer crystal form, beautiful contrast and a composition that looks like a miniature work of art.
