LIGHT IT UP — HUANGGANGLIANG MAGIC

LIGHT IT UP — HUANGGANGLIANG MAGIC

Some specimens are beautiful in normal light… and then you put them on a custom lightbase and an entirely different world appears.

This incredible Fluorite octahedron on Candle Quartz from the legendary Huanggangliang Mine, Inner Mongolia, China absolutely comes alive when illuminated from below.

The sharp geometric fluorite explodes with layers of violet, pink, blue, icy green and warm golden tones, revealing incredible internal zoning and architecture hidden inside the crystal. Rising behind it, the Candle Quartz adds the perfect contrast—nature combining precise geometry with sculptural growth in one killer composition.

And that custom lightbase takes the presentation to another level, turning the specimen into a glowing piece of Earth’s art.

Sharp form. Wild color. Beautiful contrast. And when the lights go down… pure magic.
