An incredible Manganovesuvianite from the legendary Jeffrey Mine in Val-des-Sources (formerly Asbestos), Quebec, Canada — absolutely covered in rich raspberry, magenta, pink and purple tones.

I love the sculptural formation on this one. From the sparkling crystal coverage to the lighter translucent center and those intensely saturated edges, the color seems to shift across the entire specimen.

It almost looks like a mineral bouquet carved by nature.

Another killer miniature from one of Canada’s most iconic mineral localities—and definitely one that commands attention in the case.
