Veracruz has long been one of the world’s most celebrated localities for Amethyst, famous for its elegant, elongated crystal habit, incredible glassy luster, beautiful transparency, and those unmistakable soft lavender-to-purple tones. Many of the finest specimens form as dramatic sprays and clusters perched beautifully on contrasting matrix, creating the kind of natural aesthetics collectors chase.
