40,000 feet above the earth… yet this Rubaya Tourmaline still stole the view.

Filmed mid-flight with nothing but endless sky outside the window, this collector-grade Tourmaline from the legendary Rubaya Mine, North Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo showcases the extraordinary beauty that has made this locality one of the world’s most sought-after sources of gem-quality crystals.

Its exceptional luster, vibrant natural color, and razor-sharp crystal form make it a true collector’s specimen. Resting on a custom display base, it’s the kind of piece that commands attention from every angle—whether surrounded by clouds or displayed in a world-class collection.

Nature spent millions of years creating this crystal. Moments like this are a reminder that some of Earth’s greatest treasures deserve a view just as spectacular.
