Golden Hour in Fluorite

Golden Hour in Fluorite.

This Denton Mine fluorite is the kind of specimen that reminds you why Illinois material is legendary. Held to the light, the rich golden honey core glows from within while a deep violet rim frames the crystal with incredible contrast. Add in the naturally etched cubic growth patterns, and every angle reveals another layer of geological perfection.

It’s not just a fluorite… it’s a sculptural masterpiece millions of years in the making. Pieces with this combination of color, transparency, and sharp geometry are exactly what make Denton Mine specimens so coveted by serious collectors.

A true Illinois banger.
