There’s something special about watching a crystal formed deep within the Earth catch the light at 35,000 feet.

This exceptional gem aquamarine from Thanh Hóa Province, Vietnam glows with an electric blue that almost seems illuminated from within. Its remarkable transparency, razor-sharp crystal form, and saturated color make it the kind of specimen that instantly captures a collector’s attention.

Filmed mid-flight with nothing but the sky beyond the window, this crystal felt perfectly at home between two worlds—born beneath the Earth’s surface, admired high above the clouds.

Some views come with a window seat. Others fit in the palm of your hand.
