These stunning Fluorite crystals are among the most exciting modern discoveries for European collectors. Found in Joe Larkin’s granite quarry in Connemara, this locality produced an incredible pocket of deep violet to electric violet-blue fluorite between 2015 and 2020. The crystals are typically sharp cubes with incredible luster, often showing dramatic phantom zoning and those near-black purple edges that make collectors stop in their tracks.

Perched in granite matrix and sometimes associated with quartz and sulfides, these pieces carry a powerful presence that feels both wild and refined. For Irish mineral localities, material of this quality is exceptionally rare—making Larkin’s Quarry fluorites highly sought after by fine mineral collectors around the world.
